La Marciana, an unique wine

La Marciana is a Grenache with aromas of intense red fruits and spicy notes, great depth mixed with a beautiful freshness in the mouth. Harvested and sorted by hand, the grapes are placed in small crates and cooled overnight at 3°C. We carry out a natural fermentation in small vats, without adding yeast and we proceed to manual punching down. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels. We only use barrels from the forests of central France, with a very fine grain and a deep and light toasting. The wine remains in the barrel until it is bottled. It is not stabilized and filters very slightly.
